Wow

I have just made the most gorgeous aqua marine soap with blue green glitter sprinkled over it. It looks and smells wonderful really clean. It will be ready to cut up later so will take pics then.

Strawberry smoothie

made a strawberry smoothie soap the other day, must get more cream card for my lables. heres a pic of the strawberry, it smells gorgeous.
Also I have made enchanted garden which is very purple, next is a sea side one, then a honey and calendula one, then some truffles.
Best get on with it then

Gettiing on with it

Today is a day for getting on with it, I have placed my first order of the year and now am working on the website. This is the opposite way than I usually work. I tend to order, make products then add to web shop. This time however, I have decided to add to web shop before I have made them, then once my order comes I can make the products, update the picture and away we go. lol well thats what I am hoping will happen. Righto best get on with it then xx

January 2010

This is my year. Last year in October I turned 40, this year my daughter is starting school in August, she is the last of my children to start school so I will have lots of time to earn money. I dont drive so have to figure out something I can do from home. I make soap and bath salts, scrubs, bombs etc and have had a successful year selling it at local craft fairs and stalls. I have it in a shop in my village. I have been asked by another shop also in the village if I could make some for her too. Should be fine as one shop is more of a vintage place and she likes the bath salts and the other is a whole food shop that sels organic cleaning products as well as whole foods, and natural personal care goods. So my essential oil and unperfumed ranges should do well in there.
Right now I need to make a list of what I am making, get the rest of my ingredients and get making. I have a website that I need to get sorted too. it will be at www.lochbroomsoap.co.uk
